Wonderful!

This is a great ending credits song for "Living Lotus" and a fine piece overall.

However, I do have to say that it seems like there is a bit too much going on. I constantly think that the music has just a bit over the line of "too much in your face goodness", kind of like a turkey that is too much stuffing and not enough turkey, if that makes any sense at all.

I do like the piece as an overall; it has a great sense of power and victory. A wonderful piece, no doubt.

Thank you for participating in the Movie Score Collaboration!

Haha, I know exactly what you mean! I'm glad I could participate in the Collaboration! I think you have a pretty good idea going on there!
Thank you!

WHERE IS THE BASS???

OH MAN, I really want to give this a 9 or 10, but I can't! There is not enough bass in this song, and it is driving me crazy!!

I understand that there are several moments in this piece where there is no need for bass, but a the full orchestrated hits, the chords are needing those lovely bass notes.

I hear some bass near the begining, but after about halfway through, it just disapears! The bass would really help with the images of a tyrant and power.

I do love the melodies, rhythms, and tonalities that are used, they are beautiful! And they do create the images that you are aiming after. And the overall mood of the piece is very enjoyable as well.

However, you need more bass! Bass is very pleasing to the ear, and is loved by many people in several styles of music (think of a car blasting music, all you can hear is bass!).

So PLEASE, add bass to this song! Those lovely low notes will really increase the overall effect and power of this piece. I want to love this piece, but it saying "oh hello, please like me if it isn't too much of a hassle" instead of "LOVE ME!!!!!!" That will really give me a run for my money in the contest. ;)

A great blend, not perfect, but truely fantastic!

Now this is refreshing! Such a great blend of styles, coming together to create beauty.

However, there are some very minor things I don't like about this sloop. First thing, is that's it's a sloop. I would love to hear an actual ending that doesn't just leave the listener just hanging there. A build down from what is currently the end would be wonderful. Also, I didn't like the piano bends at 0:47ish. It's an approprate effect, but I thing you could have chosen a sound that is made to bend such as an electronic sound.

The song, sorry, sloop is an overall great piece. The drums make the atmosphere so unique, and just lovely! I also really apprecitate the fact that it's about stars and snow (well, it was snowing). I don't get much snow where I live, so I can't help but like that!

Really great! Fanastic original sloop!

Thanks!
With the piano bend, I was going for a "falling star," and I felt like I wanted to keep the simplicity and beauty of the piano. But I do appreciate your feedback. It's good to know what my listeners like or dislike about my artistic choices.

Thanks for the support! ^_^

Very nice

I really like this one! It has such a fun feel to it that I really like.

However, there are some changes that I would suggest. The transistion between the two feels was almost to sudden. It works, but could be better. You might try having the croaking and crickets starting sooner to help bridge the gap a little more, either that or even the bass. Just some ideas. Also, I was expecting the song to go back to the original feel. I bet you are planing to do that in the final version. ;)

I do have a suggestion for a title as well. "Amazon". I see water in this song, especially with all of the arps in the begining. And the croaks and chirps really sold the idea of the Amazon River to me. More croaks and chirps might be a great idea for 2:00ish to the end. I really do see a river in this song.

It already sounds amazing! I just wish that it went back to the orginal feel at the end, kink of like "Welcome To The Wild", execpt there are animal sounds in the background instead of a roaring crowd. :)

This sound great! I can't wait to hear the final product!

I love your ideas man!

Hell yeah Amazon would be a great name for this song! Or perhaps something like... Amazonia? WOOT! :P

Thanks a lot for the review bro.

I love this!

This is truely great work, especially the begining, it gives goosebumps!

Just the fact that this song has so many different feels throughout it's entirty really makes this entertaining to listen to, especially with the voice on top off everything else (when it is).

This is a great remix of the original game theme, great job! Truely amazing!

Amazing!

Wow! The build and 5 year gap and everything is just incredible! It has a Disney feel to it, and is totaly unique at the same time!

Kudos!

Great!!!

This is just what I was looking for! The drum beat is absolutely perfect!

What would really impress me is to see, er hear, some bongos or congos with some tambourine (spelling?).

The melody is not so great, so I can't review this too high...

I'm impressed! Thanks for posting the demo!

itsameyayo responds:

That's okay.

HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

That was really great! I found it to be absolutely hilarious!

My only really comlaint is that not everything was completly in time. My sugestion is to use some sort of microphone fix that.

Great job! Hilarious!

Hic-ups!

I usually don't listen to this style of music, but this was good!

My only real "complaint" is that the choir sounded like they had hic-ups the entire time! You may want to consider changing that part to another sound or instrument.

The choir holding out chords was really cool!

Keep up the work!
